Strengths Coaching.
I coached each member of the top team at a private medical clinic to help them build trust, communicate better, and to lead the organisation in a coherent way. In addition, I ran half-day workshops specifically for them, based on how they could use their own strengths more effectively at work and so they could draw on each other's strengths at work.

Strengths Workshops - Case Study
I ran a number of small group workshops for employees to help them understand their strengths. They'd each taken the StrengthsFinder online assessment. I helped them to interpret their results so they could identify how they could utilise their strengths at work more frequently. The small group workshops also acted as a medium to break down culture barriers within the organisation that existed between some clinical and administrative employees.

Hate trying on clothes in the changing room? Most clothes aren't made for our normal-shaped bodies.


Try this simple technique. 


It's hard to avoid the mirror when the changing room is small, so hang your coat over the mirror to cover it.


Then try on clothes without looking at yourself. How does it feel, is it tight? Too loose? If it feels comfortable, great! Take a peak. If not, take a deep breath and try on something else.
