Hate trying on clothes in the changing room? Most clothes aren't made for our normal-shaped bodies.
Try this simple technique.
It's hard to avoid the mirror when the changing room is small, so hang your coat over the mirror to cover it.
Then try on clothes without looking at yourself. How does it feel, is it tight? Too loose? If it feels comfortable, great! Take a peak. If not, take a deep breath and try on something else.

Charisma Coaching for Women, 2016
This series of interactive workshops improves women's confidence in themselves, through a series of self-awareness exercises and group discussion.
